Medical Care & Supervision
Every week your primary treating physician will meet with you in order to supervise progress through your individual treatment program.

Psychological and Behavioral Care
Psychological therapeutic interventions will focus on both cognitive and behavioral factors related to pain. The primary goal of treatment is to restore functionality by developing coping strategies that can improve your ability to function and your quality of life.

Vocational Rehabilitation
You will receive vocational counseling focusing on the analysis of current or prior job descriptions. Suggestions will be provided for work accommodation as well as an expectation on when you might be fit to return to work. Direct focus on appropriate use of supportive therapies, including mediations and learned active self-management techniques. This is for those who are focused or would like to return to work.

A comprehensive exercise program is vital in order to increase your current level of physical activity, improve functional status, and decrease fear-avoidance with teaching you how to move your body without re-injuring yourself.

Mind-Body Technique for Chronic Pain
Mind-Body techniques for chronic pain are focused on relaxation training, which provides self-management tools for reducing muscular tension and decreasing pain and improving mood and sleep.

Education on ergonomics focuses primarily on functional mobility, activities of daily living and activity tolerance.

Proper diet and nutrition are essential to managing your chronic pain. We provide essential tools in order to improve your overall health and function through better eating and nutrition.
